Hiring – Front desk office assistant
Duties & Responsibilities:
• All general reception duties including Answering phone calls and redirecting them when necessary, emailing clients and colleagues taking and giving messages, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing all forms and any needed paperwork, etc.
• General office duties including filing, email, record keeping, et
• Maintain Database and ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Maintaining office supplies inventory
• Compile data, statistics and other information
• Provide back up support and/or other support functions to the office staff.
• Reviewing project documents, estimating costs, review project timelines to customers and delivery of estimates and proposals.
• Review contracts details
• Prepare construction packages for project manager e estimators.
• Follow up with clients on bid submissions as required.
• Other office administration duties as required
High Level of Proficiency is required in the following areas:
• Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
• Detail Oriented
• Organized
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as on an individual basis
• Ability to prioritize workload in fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly and create interim solutions until permanent tool/ process are in place.
• Excellent oral & written communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $ 20/ hour ( starting salary) -with 3-months’ probation
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am-4.30pm (8 hour shift)
